Vineyard Kids (0 thru 6th Graders)

Extraordinary God forming ordinary kids in His awesome goodness and power

Welcome to Vineyard Kids

Our hope is to support and nurture the spiritual growth of your child and your family. We provide a fun, safe, creative and interactive learning environment with a commitment to three areas:

  1. Finding and following Jesus
  2. Being a true friend and loving the people in our world
  3. Growing up understanding our role in the Kingdom and living out God's plan in our lives
Please know that we are praying with, and over, your children at every service.

What you need to know: 0 thru Kindergarten

  • These classes open 15 minutes before our main service begins.
  • Please take a family ID number as you sign-in your child(ren) and return it at sign-out.
  • Kids should eat their bagels in the Vineyard Cafe. We will serve a snack during our classtime.

What you need to know: 1st thru 6th Grade

  • Children are with parents during the beginning of our worship service and are dismissed to their class by a slide on our Auditorium presentation screens. You can sign in your child(ren) before worship or when they are dismissed.
  • Please sign-out your child(ren) at the end of the service from their respective room(s).
  • Children are promoted to their next class in August of each year.

Guiding Policies

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Child(ren)
Parents, guardians and caregivers (18 and older) are asked to sign their children in-and-out for every service.
Parental Notification
If your child needs you during the service, you will be notified through an alert on the main service visual monitors.
Healthy Rooms
In order to reduce contagious sicknesses, we ask that you do not bring children who are sick or have had a fever, diarrhea, or vomiting in the last 24 hours.
Classroom Ages
We ask you to abide by the classroom age groups and not bring older, or younger, kids into the classrooms. We have regular promotion times throughout the year when kids will move to the next class.
Outside Toys
We ask that these be minimized in our nursery and not brought into the older classrooms.

Guiding Principles

Respect Our Purpose
We will use our words, attitude and behavior to reflect God's goodness.

"Set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity."
1 Timothy 4:12
Respect Other People
We will treat others in the same way we want to be treated.

"Love your neighbor as yourself."
Matthew 22:39
Respect Property
We will be good stewards of what God has given to us and take care of it. We will not touch or use what doesn't belong to us.

"Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much."
Luke 16:10
